Shopping Legacy?

Yes, we know Legacy Housing homes in far West Texas.

With the widest assortment of floorplans, a Legacy home might just be the right fit.

New Start was a Legacy Top 5 Retailer in 2018, 2019 and 2022, then Retailer of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

Use that relationship to shop current Legacy floorplans while still comparing them with other builder lines.

Exact specifications, options, price, factory timing, delivery and setup are confirmed for the home and destination you choose.

Don’t marry the logo

Put the floorplans side by side.

Use the same household needs, destination and project assumptions. Then compare layout, included features, options, factory availability, delivery, setup and total project cost.

Common questions about Legacy

  • Can I shop Legacy Housing homes at New Start Homes in El Paso?

Yes. We carry Legacy Housing. Browse the floorplans and contact our El Paso team to ask which homes you can tour or order from the factory.

  • Can I factory-order a Legacy Housing home?

Ask us about current Legacy Housing floorplans, finishes and options. Share the model and features you want so we can check the price and estimated factory schedule.

  • How can I compare homes from different builders?

Pick homes with similar bedroom counts and square footage, then compare the layout, included features and options that matter to you. Ask for quotes using the same delivery address so you can compare the total cost, too.

  • What do you need to quote delivery and installation?

Send the home or floorplan you like, the delivery address and photos of roads, gates and the placement area. Tell us your preferred timing and any work the property needs. We will review access and explain the delivery and installation costs for your home.
